Norse Energy Corp. ASA (“NEC” ticker code OSE – NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTC symbol “NSEEF”) will today publish the Annual Report for 2008 on the company website. The complete report is available in English, and a Norwegian version of the Directors' Report and the Financial Statements will also be made available on the company website at a later time. The printed version of the Annual Report will be distributed to all shareholders two weeks before the Annual General Meeting.
