(Northland), Mr. Anders Hvide, has today, through his 100% owned investment company Sargasso Invest AS, acquired 100,000 shares of Northland at an average price of NOK 5.79.  After this transaction, Sargasso Invest AS holds 1,507,000 shares of Northland.
