December 7, 2009:  The Board of Directors of Northland Resources Inc. (the "Corporation") hereby provides notice that it has fixed December 15, 2009 as the record date for a special meeting of the shareholders of the Corporation to be held on January 15, 2010 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada at 9:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) to consider migrating Northland's headquarters and legal residence to Europe.
