November 30, 2009  Northland Resources Inc. (Northland) reports that during November 2009, 20,000 incentive stock options expired, unexercised.  There are now a total of 6,796,500 incentive stock options outstanding.

 

The issued share capital of Northland is 110,587,399 shares.  Therefore, as at November 30, 2009, the total fully-diluted share capital of Northland is 117,383,899 shares.
