Northland Resources Inc. (Northland) reports that during March 2009, 250,000 incentive stock options expired, unexercised.

 

After these transactions, there are a total of 8,936,500 incentive stock options outstanding in Northland.  The issued share capital remains unchanged at 109,682,065 shares.  Therefore, as at March 31, 2009, the fully-diluted share capital of Northland was 118,618,565 shares.
