Northland Resources Inc. (Northland) reports that during May 2009, 800,000 incentive stock options were granted, 820,000 options were exercised and 985,000 options expired, unexercised.

 

After these transactions, the issued share capital of Northland is 110,502,065 shares.  There are a total of 7,581,500 incentive stock options outstanding.  Therefore, as at May 31, 2009, the total fully-diluted share capital of Northland is 118,083,565 shares.
