Northland Resources Inc. reports that it will be issuing shortly, a revised Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for the period ending January 31, 2009.  It has come to our attention that some of the information in the MD&A has not been updated to include material events that occurred in the fourth quarter.  Those material events have previously been announced by press release.
