Northland Resources Inc. (Northland) reports that during April 2009, 350,000 incentive stock options expired, unexercised.

 

After these transactions, there are a total of 8,586,500 incentive stock options outstanding in  Northland.  The issued share capital remains unchanged at 109,682,065 shares.  Therefore, as at April 30, 2009, the total fully-diluted share capital of Northland was 118,268,565 shares.
