Completion of sale of the SBM Installer

Reference is made to the press release dated 21 August 2020, where Ocean Yield ASA announced that it had agreed to sell its 75% equity stake in the vessel “SBM Installer” to SBM Holding Inc.

The sale has today been successfully completed.
