Minutes from Annual General Meeting

Ocean Yield's annual general meeting was held today, Wednesday 21st April 2021 at the offices of law firm Schjødt AS in Ruseløkkveien 14, Oslo, Norway.

All proposals on the agenda were adopted, cf. the notice of the Annual General Meeting that was published on Oslo Stock Exchange on 31st March 2021.
