Election of the Board

Reference is made to notice of annual general meeting in ODIM ASA on May 25, 2009. In connection with item 8. ”Election of the Board” on the agenda, the Board of Directors will propose that the general meeting elect the following new Board of Directors:

- Karl Erik Kjelstad, Chairman of the Board (re-elected as Chairman) - Leif Borge (new) - Kristin Margrethe Devold (cont.) - Rebekka Glasser Herlofsen (new) - Njål Sævik (cont.)
