ODIM today announces that the company has appointed SEB Enskilda as a financial advisor to assist in a strategic review to maximise shareholder value.

The Board of Directors has over the last weeks observed an increasing interest in the company. The Board has therefore resolved to grant the management of ODIM a mandate to retain a financial advisor. The management is today acting in accordance with this mandate.
