Exercise of employee share options
A participant in the Company's share option program has on June 9th 2017 exercised 17 500 options. No primary insiders exercised options. 17 500 options, which all expired, with a strike price of NOK 8.40 were settled in cash. The payment has been determined based on an average share price on June 9th of NOK 31.57 per share.
