Össur hf. has on the 1 April 2003 delivered 549.608 of Treasury Shares to former owners of Ossur’s subsidiaries in Sweden.  This is on basis of Earn Out Agreement dated 31 October 2001.

The average price of the delivered shares is IKR. 39,30 

After the settlement of this agreement Össur hf.  owns  5.618.817 Treasury Shares.
