The business in PayEx will be run in two business units under separate brands - Swedbank Pay and PayEx Ledger & Factoring. By combining expertise and resources in PayEx, we will increase our focus on our payment services to merchants and benefit from the competence and offerings in PayEx Ledger & Factoring. Raymond Klavestad, today CEO, will remain in the company as deputy CEO. Raymond will also be responsible for the business unit Ledger & Factoring.

- The appointment of Linus Singelman is a natural step in the work of coordinating Swedbank and PayEx payment solution for merchants and strengthen our customer offering. I am pleased that Linus has accepted the assignment and that he will continue the successful work that he has done with Group Commerce, says Leif Karlsson, Chairman of the Board of directors in PayEx.

- It´s both exciting and challenging to take on this assignment. To gather our payment solution for merchants in one business will be crucial for our success in creating smart and convenient payment solutions and an increased customer experience, says Linus Singelman.
