Peab and Fabege acquire Råsunda Football Stadium

Peab and Fabege has signed an agreement with the Swedish Football Association to acquire Råsunda Football Stadium in Solna, including the existing office space. The purchase price is dependent on the amount of future detailed development. Provisional total purchase price for existing buildings and developed the building rights are about SEK 490 million. Peab's share corresponds to the value of residential building rights in the future detailed development. Access occurs when the detailed development is established and the New National Arena, Swedbank Arena in Solna, is finalized, which is expected to autumn 2012.
