Peab rebuilds office to smaller apartments in Stockholm

Kungsfiskaren subsidiary Peab has been contracted to rebuild an office building at Telefonplan in Hägersten to 255 studios and penthouses. The apartments, mostly 1's, described as first-time residents and supported by government loan guarantees. The customer is the tenant owner-society Insteget and the contract amounts to SEK 166 million. The work will start during the first quarter of 2010 and construction time is estimated at 24 months.
