Reference is made to today’s article in Finansavisen regarding PetroRig 1A and PetroRig 1B.

The companies were established, based on advice from our advisors in Ernst& Young and Wikborg Rein & Co, in order to optimize taxes related to operation in the US sector of the Gulf of Mexico.

The company continues its efforts to secure its values, in accordance with earlier announcements.
