Due to Covid-19, the Annual General Meeting will be conducted only by postal ballot. This means that the shareholders in the Company do not have the right to attend the meeting, either in person or through a proxy. Instead, shareholders have the right to exercise their voting right by post by voting in accordance with the instructions in this notice.
