Leading data centre and cloud service provider Proact has been selected to provide services as part of the Crown Commercial Service’s latest framework, Digital Outcomes and Specialists 3 (DOS3). Under the agreement, Proact will offer a range of enterprise-class services to public sector organisations across the United Kingdom, including 24/7 service management and security consultancy.

Available on the Digital Marketplace from Monday 1st October, DOS3 aims to support the delivery of the Government Digital Strategy. By giving public sector buyers easy access to a large pool of suppliers with the right capabilities, the framework enables a flexible and fast route to meet customers’ digital project commissioning requirements.

With over two decades of experience helping customers in the public sector reach their digital transformation goals, Proact will draw on its deep knowledge base to provide services via the agreement’s Digital Outcomes and Digital Specialists lots.

Deriving from Proact’s broad service portfolio, customers can procure a range of professional services (from service design to performance analysis) monitoring and management services, and security services using the third iteration of this framework. Under the Digital Specialists lot, organisations can leverage the advanced expertise of Proact’s cyber security consultants, data architects, data engineers and technical architects.

This is the first time Proact has been included on this framework which is available to central government departments, governmental bodies and agencies, non-governmental bodies, NHS organisations and local authorities across the United Kingdom. Proact also provides services through the Digital Marketplace on G-Cloud 10.

“It’s great to be able to offer public sector customers the quality services they need to research, design, build, test and deliver digital services that can drive the organisation forward. This is a great opportunity for Proact and we relish the opportunity to offer more of our services on the Digital Marketplace – a place that makes finding and buying the right IT services easier than ever before for public sector bodies,” says Martin Thompson, Managing Director at Proact in the United Kingdom.
