PROVENTUS CAPITAL ANNOUNCES NAV OF PROVENTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS III

Stockholm, 11 January 2021

Proventus Capital today announces that, at the close of business on 31 December 2020, the Net Asset Value per participation loan debentures of Proventus Capital Partners III, was SEK 370,930 for series A and SEK 9,276,605 for series B.

Ordinary income of SEK 7,808 per series A participation loan debenture and SEK 198,562 per series B participation loan debenture will be distributed on 18 January 2021. A partial repayment will be made on 29 January 2021 amounting to SEK 22,000 per series A debenture and SEK 550,000 per series B debenture.

Proventus Capital Partners III’s assets are composed of 0.5 per cent publicly traded corporate bonds and 99.5 per cent privately issued corporate loans.

During the quarter, Proventus Capital Partners III made no investments and one private loan was fully repaid.

Proventus Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. Proventus Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The funds of Proventus Capital have combined assets of EUR 2.5 billion and are managed by Proventus Capital Management AB, which is owned by management. Proventus AB, founded and owned by Robert Weil, is one of the largest investors in the funds of Proventus Capital. The Proventus Capital Partners III series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by Proventus Capital Partners III AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 50.
