CBRE LAUCHES A NEW RESIDENTIAL BUSINESS LINE

CBRE Portugal launches a new residential business line with a new team, led by Frederico Mendoça.

This new business area aims to respond to the needs of clients, seeking to invest in Portugal through mechanisms created by the Portuguese Government, such as the Golden Visa and the RNH (tax arrangements for non-habitual resident), who brought competitive advantages for the national market.

"With the new residential area we assure that the clients of CBRE will have access to an integrated combination of complementary services. This is a strategic area for the CBRE and we are committed to achieving high-quality work, that highlight from the offer that currently exists in this market and as a differentiating factor leverages international CBRE network", says Francisco Horta e Costa, Managing Director of CBRE.
