North American energy company invests $380,000 USD in ReadSoft's solution
ReadSoft is to deliver its SAP-certified accounts payable automation solution to a North American energy company. The solution, valued at $380,000 USD, will initially process tens of thousands of invoices per year and was initiated via ReadSoft's SAP Partner Program. Implementation will begin during the first quarter of 2010.
The multi-billion-dollar energy company was searching for an invoice automation solution to enhance its accounts payable (AP) processes. The company required a SAP-certified solution that would integrate and work inside their existing SAP system. ReadSoft got in contact with the company after the recommendation from one of its partners involved in the ReadSoft's SAP Partner Program.
ReadSoft was awarded the $380,000 deal after a thorough evaluation of a number of solution vendors. The company chose ReadSoft because of ReadSoft's established reputation within the AP automation for SAP segment. ReadSoft, with thousands of references for the named solution, also has a SAP-certified solution that meets the company's requirements best.
The solution will seamlessly integrate with SAP and work inside the existing system. It will streamline the complete invoice process chain by automating processes such as invoice receipts, data transfer to SAP, posting, approval workflow, as well as reporting.
