COMBINING DONE SOLUTIONS CORPORATIONS' SHARE TYPES

The Annual General Meeting decided today that no  dividend  shall  be  distributed
for  the  financial  period  2005.  Since  the  dividend   difference   has   thus
disappeared, the company has decided to apply for the  combination  of  the  share
type DSO1VN0106 to share type  DSO1V.  The  combination  of  the  share  types  is
projected to take place on April 3, 2006.
