Scan Bidco A/S issues a prospectus

Scan Bidco A/S has issued bonds in an initial amount of USD 70 million and DKK 200 million and with a subsequent issue of USD 30 million and DKK 300 million and a further subsequent issue of DKK 125 million (USD 100 million and DKK 625 million in aggregate).

Scan Bidco A/S has applied for the listing of the bonds on the Corporate Bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm. The bonds will be admitted to trading as soon as possible.

In connection with the listing Scan Bidco A/S has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980). The prospectus will be available on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.fi.se) and on the Scan Bidco A/S's website ([https://www.scangl.com/investor/investor-holding/]).
