Scandinavian Biogas invites to the AGM presentation and quarterly report presentation on April 29

Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB (publ), a leading Nordic producer of biogas-based vehicle fuels and fertilizer, invites to an AGM presentation and quarterly report presentation. The company has scheduled to, on Thursday, April 29, hold its Annual General Meeting 2021 and publish an interim report for the first quarter of 2021.

The Annual General Meeting will be held by postal vote without the physical presence of shareholders, proxies or invited guest. To maintain continuity and shareholder dialogue, shareholders are invited to an AGM presentation via TEAMS at 10.00 CEST held by Chairman of the Board, Göran Persson and CEO Matti Vikkula. The Interim Report for the first quarter of 2021 will be published at 07:30 on April 29 and Scandinavian Biogas invites to a report presentation via TEAMS at 11:20 where CEO Matti Vikkula and CFO Anna Budzynski will give a short presentation followed by a Q&A session.
