David Gray appointed new Angler Gaming plc CEO

Angler Gaming plc’s Board of Directors has approved the appointment of David Gray, the current Chairman of the Board, as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Michael Bennett, the current CEO, will be stepping down from the executive position due to his retirement, but intends to remain a member of the Board of Directors.

“I am excited to get more involved in the Angler Gaming plc in the executive role and to contribute further to the current positive trend in the development and growth of the company business”, says David Gray.

James Scicluna, an independent director on the Board of Angler Gaming plc, has been appointed the new Chairman of the Board.

The changes will be effective as from 1 July 2016.
