Diös acquires two commercial properties in Umeå

Diös will purchase two properties in Umeå containing offices and other commercial activities. Located close to the airport and just a few minutes from the city centre, the properties are strategically positioned. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 112 million. The seller of the property is Håkan Eriksson i Umeå AB and transfer of ownership will take place on 1 January 2020.



The properties being acquired by Diös were constructed between 2011 and 2016, and they encompass a total lettable area that corresponds to 6,300 square metres. The transaction will take place in a company form and the result will be reported in the first quarter of 2021. 

-Umeå is undergoing strong growth with an increasing population, a strong business community, one of the largest universities in Sweden and an active and engaged municipal leadership. Purchasing the two properties, which have the right location for us strategically, supplements the rest of our portfolio and strengthens our ongoing investment in the city.
