Falck väljer HCL för stort förändringsprojekt med heltäckande infrastukturtjänster

Leveranscentrat i Göteborg får nyckelroll i den globala satsningen

Stockholm, Sverige; Köpenhamn, Danmark – 14 juni, 2018 – IT-konsultjätten HCL Technologies (HCL), har tecknat ett avtal med Danmarkbaserade företaget Falck, vilket är ett av världens ledande företag inom räddningstjänster inom bland annat ambulans- och sjukvårdstjänster.

Avtalet innebär att HCL kommer att stödja Falcks affärsmässiga förändringsarbete genom att konsolidera, förenkla och standardisera Falcks IT-infrastrukturverksamhet via en centralt hanterad och global levereransmodell. Den nya centraliserade leveransmodellen ska möjliggöra en högre grad av effektivitet genom automation, mer transparens kring kostnader och bättre operationell produktivitet. De leveranscentra som Falck kommer att använda omfattar det nya leveranscentrat i Göteborg, och sajter i USA och Sydamerika.
