PROXIES FOR EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

In connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 4 May 2009, John Afseth - Chairman of the Board of Simtronics ASA, has per 28 April 2009 been assigned proxy based voting rights for 12 264 507 shares, equivalent to 17,66 per cent of the shares in the company.

The proxies apply exclusively to the Extraordinary General Meeting in Simtronics ASA to be held on 4 May 2009.

After receiving these proxies, John Afseth will represent 14 001 778 shares, representing 20,16 per cent of the share capital in the company.
