At Skanska AB’s Annual Shareholder’s Meeting in Stockholm today, the decisions included the following:

In accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, a dividend of SEK 4.50 (2005: 4.00), together with an extraordinary dividend of SEK 2.00, was approved. The record date for the dividend is April 4, 2006. The Meeting reelected Sverker Martin-Löf, Roger Flanagan, Ulrika Francke, Jane F. Garvey, Stuart Graham, Finn Johnson and Anders Nyrén as members of the Board of Directors. Curt Källströmer and Lars Pettersson were elected as new Board members to replace Sören Gyll and Arne Mårtensson, who declined reelection. Curt Källströmer is a vice president at Svenska Handelsbanken AB and a Board member of Indutrade AB, Thomas Concrete Group AB, SBC AB, Holmen AB, Mässfastigheter AB, Stockholmsmässan AB and Umeå School of Economics. Lars Pettersson is the President of Sandvik AB and a Board member of Sandvik AB, the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries and the Royal Institute of Technology. Sverker Martin-Löf was reelected as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
