A class action Chinese Drywall lawsuit settled for $80 million, compensating more than 9,000 homeowners.

The homeowners used the defective drywall in their homes and experienced property damage and health problems as a result, according to the Miami Herald.

Last month, a Florida real estate developer, RCR Holdings II LLC, settled a Chinese drywall lawsuit for $4.8 million after condominium owners claimed that the drywall caused property damage and health issues.
