Sale of vessels

Deep Sea Supply Shipowning AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Farstad ASA, has sold the AHTS Sea Badger (built 2011, 6.800 BHP). Delivery of the vessel to the new owner took place on Friday April 13th, 2018.
 
Furthermore, Deep Sea Supply Shipowning I AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Farstad ASA, has delivered the three AHTS vessels Sea Fox, Sea Vixen and Sea Stoat (all built 2011, 6.800 BHP) to the new owner Brazilian Navy according to the terms described in a stock exchange announcement made on September 7th, 2017.  

The sale of the four vessel will result in an immaterial accounting effect for 2Q 2018.
