SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has completed the purchase of shares in BN Bank ASA

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank announced 29 September 2009 that it had entered into an agreement to buy 3,5 per cent of the shares of BN Bank ASA for MNOK 46,7 and 3,5 per cent of the shares of SpareBank 1 Næringskreditt for MNOK 11,6. The seller is SpareBank 1 SMN.

As of today SpareBank 1 SR-Banks total shares in BN Bank ASA are 23,5 per cent.
