Sato acquired SRV’s housing project in Myyrmäki, Vantaa

SRV has today sold a new housing project in Myyrmäki district of Vantaa to investment company Sato. The project consists of two buildings and a total of 67 apartments located alongside excellent traffic links, under one kilometre from Myyrmäki train station.

Construction works will start in spring 2013 and by estimation it will be completed at the latter part of 2014. On SRV's revenue, project will be recognized by the stage of construction.
