ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF STOREBRAND ASA
This year the election for the Board of Directors will take place by the Board of Representatives in a meeting 19 May 2009, based on a proposal from the Election Committee.
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Leiv L. Nergaard announced during Storebrand's Annual General Meeting 22 April 2009, that he has notified the Election Committee that he will not be available for re-election for a new period. Nergaard has been a member of the Board of Directors since he was first time elected spring 1997 and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since fall 2000.
