At an extra Board meeting in Swedbank Robur Fonder AB, Thursday November 26, KG Lindvall was appointed new chairman of the Board. KG Lindvall replaces Mats Lagerqvist who has stepped down from the position as chairman.

KG Lindvall has previously worked as deputy CEO of Nordea Bank AB and has since 2004 been a member of the board of Swedbank Robur Fonder AB. - A fund management company shall work in the best interest of its fund unit holders and have an independent position which cannot be questioned.
