Tecnotree Corporation has on 17 January 2019 received an announcement in accordance with the Securities Market Act, according to which the holding of Viking Acquisitions Corp. out of Tecnotree Corporation’s shares and votes has crossed the flagging threshold.

Date of change in holdings: 1.10.2018
Resulting situation on the date on which threshold was crossed: 29,353,295 shares, i.e. 16,76 % out of all shares and votes
