Toadman Interactive AB (publ) (”Toadman”) issued on 17 June 2019 SEK 120m senior secured bonds (the “Bonds”) under a bond loan with a framework of SEK 500m and a maturity in June 2022.
Toadman intends to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on the institutional segment of Nasdaq First North Bond Market at Nasdaq Stockholm and the first day of trading is expected to be on or about July 18, 2019. In connection with this, Toadman has prepared a company description that has been approved by Nasdaq First North.
