Nick Hynes and Eva Brådhe step down from the Board of TradeDoubler
Nick Hynes has been a member of the Board since 2007 and Eva Brådhe since the 2009 Annual General Meeting.
"Regrettably, Nick and Eva have decided to resign from the Board of Directors. They have both made valuable contributions to the Board's work. At the same time, I believe it is a good thing that this matter has been dealt with now - before any conflicts of interest have arisen. I would like to thank them both for their efforts on TradeDoubler's behalf," says Ramsay Brufer, Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
