One step closer to listing on NGM Nordic MTR
IT-company Transiro Int. AB has today taken a major step forward in the process of listing the company on the NGM Nordic MTR. First day of trading is now planned for mid-December 2016.
NGM is one of two authorized stock markets with permission from the FSA, and offers listing with trading of securities. Transiro Int. AB has applied for listing its shares on the NGM stock exchange's Nordic list MTR (Multilateral Trading Facility), because of the quality that is associated with an IPO.
Among Transiro Int. AB's customers are major operators in the transportation and public transportation industry, and by passing the listing process the company considers itself to be a more credible provider for them. Transiro Int. AB has since the application made a great commitment and effort to achieve this goal, which has taken the company several big steps closer to a listing with a probable first trading day in mid-December 2016.
"We are delighted that the process is moving forward, given how hard we've worked to get the company listed on the NGM in November. We really look forward to an IPO in December.
