Veidekke to rebuild for AMF Pension in Stockholm

Veidekke Entreprenad AB, Stockholm Region has been appointed by AMF Pension to rebuild and renovate their office property at Pelarbacken Mindre 23. The contract value is approximately SEK 275 million.


The property consists of buildings that surround a glazed inner court and a central building. They are located at Kapellgränd in Södermalm in Stockholm and have a total area of about 28,000 square metres. The property will be remodelled into an attractive, flexible and modern office development, which will involve demolition down to the shell structure, new roof, new facades, new electrical, ventilation and heating systems as well as adaptation for new tenants.


The assignment is a collaboration contract valued at approximately SEK 275 million and will run from February 2009 to December 2010.
