Victoria Park’s Chairman of the Board Bo Forsén declines re-election

Victoria Park AB’s Chairman of the Board Bo Forsén has ahead of the 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) informed the Nomination Committee that he is declining re-election.

“I will celebrate my 70th birthday in 2018 and in my opinion this is a good time to allow a younger person to assume the role of Chair of this expansive and very well-managed company,” says Bo Forsen in a comment.

Bo Forsén has been Chairman of Victoria Park since 2010.

The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented no later than in the official notice of the AGM and on the company’s website.
