Victoria Park signs a ten-year lease for preschool in Malmö

Victoria Park has signed a new lease with Barnomsorgen i Malmö AB to create a preschool in Lindängen, Malmö. The agreement, which will take effect on 1 September 2019, extends for ten years and comprises a total of 862 sqm. The total annual rental value is about SEK 1.6 M.

“We are delighted to offer space for a new preschool in Lindängen by rebuilding former business premises. It is especially pleasing to help an existing business tenant to develop its operations in other parts of the city,” says Victoria Park’s COO Ola Svensson.

“At Barnomsorgen i Malmö AB, we are looking forward to continuing our collaboration with Victoria Park and to extending it to Lindängen. We already run two successful preschools in Rosengård in premises that we lease from Victoria Park. For some time, we have had a vision to expand our operations to Lindängen as we noted an interest in our preschools among parents in this area. We have high expectations for this collaboration and look forward to extending our operations,” says Barnomsorgen i Malmö AB’s chairman Ahmad Mustfa Akel.
