Manadatory Notification of Trades
Chairman of the board of Vizrt Ltd., Svein Ove Strømmen, has, after the closing of the stock exchange on December 10th, 2009, extended a forward contract for a total of 75,000 shares in Vizrt.
The new forward contract matures on February 16th, 2010 with a closing forward contract price of NOK 22.8448 per Vizrt share.
Hence the total number of shares and options, owned and controlled, directly and indirectly by Svein Ove Strømmen, remains unchanged at 2,532,795 shares and 22,500 options, respectively, following this transaction."
At the same time, CEO, Bjarne Berg, has extended a forward contract for a total of 100,000 shares in Vizrt.
The new forward contract matures on February 16th, 2010 with a closing forward contract price of NOK 22.88448 per Vizrt share.
The total number of shares and options, owned and controlled, directly by Bjarne Berg, and indirectly through Montanus Holding AS, remains unchanged at 1,957,476 shares and 22,500 options, respectively, following this transaction.
