​Zmarta declared one of Europe’s most promising FinTech companies

Zmarta has been listed on this year’s European FinTech top 100. This means that Zmarta is one of the most promising and innovative FinTech companies in Europe. Zmarta is accompanied on the list by other Swedish FinTech companies such as Klarna and iZettle.

”We are very happy to be listed on the FinTech Top 100. This is a sign of our role as innovators, not only in Sweden, but in Europe at large”, says Björn Lander, CEO at Zmarta Group.

Zmarta – launched in Sweden in February 2015 and a part of Zmarta Group – is a market place for consumer finance. Since its launch in Sweden Zmarta has expanded rapidly, now holding offices in Finland, Norway and Germany.

”With Zmarta, a fully digital product, we have managed to establish a presence outside Sweden quickly. We continuously take new steps towards our vision of becoming Europe’s foremost digital intermediary for consumer finance”, says Björn Lander.

In compiling the ”European Fintech Top 100”, more than 55.000 FinTech enthusiasts together with an expert panel of judges have voted for their favourite company. The prestigious list includes a total of five Swedish companies. European Fintech Awards will take place in Amsterdam 14th of April.
