Zmarta Group winner at Swedish Telephony & Customer Service Championship

The financial technology company Zmarta Group has been recognized for its performance within customer support throughout 2017, by winning first price at the Swedish Telephony & Customer Service Championship. The company earned the prestigious award in the category Bank & Finance, establishing itself as a frontrunner within customer care in the consumer finance field.

The annual championship has been awarding winners in different business sectors since 1992 and is since 2000 arranged by Q SURVEY – a survey company focusing on quality assurance and measurement within customer service. Their evaluation is based on 200 mystery calls to each nominated company where Q SURVEY is assessing criteria like attitude, engagement, knowledge and efficiency.

On the Bank & Finance category shortlist, Zmarta Group were up against other finalists OPR Finance AB/Everyday Plus and Santander Consumer Bank. Among the winners in other categories were DHL Express and Sector Alarm.
