Zound Industries to evaluate strategic alternatives for future ownership change
The Board of Directors of Zound Industries has decided to evaluate the conditions for a potential future ownership change. The Board evaluates various strategic alternatives, including a potential sale of the company or distribution of ownership and listing at Nasdaq Stockholm. The purpose is to create and realize value for all the company's shareholders and to provide optimal conditions for Zound Industries' continued growth.
