HALFORDS AUTOCENTRES ENHANCES WARRANTY COVER FOR SERVICE CUSTOMERS
Halfords Autocentres has revised the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty cover it offers to customers on work carried out by its 300-strong garage network.
From this month all vehicles receiving an interim, full or major service at a Halfords Autocentre will be offered free engine and gearbox warranty cover for 28 days – after which they can able to extend the period of cover if they wish.
Rory Carlin from Halfords Autocentres commented: “The addition of engine and gearbox cover demonstrates the confidence we have in our technicians to the highest quality workmanship at an affordable price and will reward service customers for their loyalty.”
The additional engine and gearbox warranty cover is backed by AutoProtect Administration (APA) and incorporates sudden mechanical, replacement parts* as well as the cost of labour including VAT up to value of £250.
This builds on Halfords Autocentres continued innovation in its vehicle servicing offer – which last year saw a pricing restructure and introduction of a new lower entry level price for more economical vehicles with engines of 1300cc.
