Addnode Group acquires Cadassist with net sales of SEK 110 million

14/09/2018 - Addnode Group, Europe’s leading provider of software and services for design and engineering activities, announced today that they have acquired Cadassist Ltd and d2m3 Ltd (“Cadassist”) with combined net sales of approximately SEK 110 million.

The acquisition of Cadassist is in line with Addnode Group's strategy to be an international market-leading provider of software and services for design and engineering activities. Cadassist is a partner to Autodesk and a UK leading provider of software, training and consultancy services mainly to the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry. Cadassist also delivers services within PLM to the Manufacturing industry. Cadassist has 23 employees and is located in Manchester, England.
